Tim Utz's Speech at City Council Meeting

Watch the video of Tim's speech at the Columbia Heights City Council Meeting on July 14th regarding the RIBS ordinance that was to be passed. Tim received a lot of cheering and support of what he had to say. Thanks to an outpouring of Columbia Heights Citizens, the ordinance has been defeated for now.
