In spite of a court order in 2007, and a governor’s veto in May of 2008, the Minnesota Department of Health continues to violate the Rule of Law.
About 10 years ago, the health department started collecting newborn DNA, testing, storing, and selling for third party research without parental notification or consent. The illegal activity continues today.
Another reason we need Constitutional Rule of Law legislative leaders in office, not folks supporting this activity as we currently have with Carolyn Laine. Contact your friends and neighbors around Minnesota to call their elected leaders and put a stop to basic violation of law.
