Tim Utz Receives 2010 Endorsement from Ban the Ban Minnesota

Tim Utz for Minnesota House 50-A, received the 2010 endorsement from Ban the Ban Minnesota on Wednesday February 24, 2010. Tim appreciates the endorsement and continues to press for constitutional protections of personal choice. Additionally, government has no constitutional authority of giving legitimacy to commerce through taxation then banning the commerce
activity.
