Tim Tingelstad Supreme Court Endorsement

August 22, 2010

The Minnesota Constitution currently requires citizen approval of judges through the voting process. "We the People" control and limit the power of our judicial branch of government through this process. That power of our judiciary is limited to enforcement of existing law and enforcing constitutional limits on the three branches of government against "We the People". For several decades the judiciary has illegally asserted increasing power through rulings by legislating from the bench and judicial activism.
As "We the People" rightly reclaim our Constitutional Representative Republic from the legislative and executive branches of government, a diligent effort to reclaim the courts is required.

In an effort to know the attorneys running for judicial office, Tim Utz has met several candidates for various judicial appointments this year. Of the attorneys Tim has met who are seeking "We the People" consent to serve as judges, only Tim Tingelstad for Minnesota Supreme Court understands the Constitutional limits of judicial power.

"We the People" of Minnesota decide on who sits in judiciary offices in the state. With that in mind, Tim Utz proudly endorses Tim Tingelstad for Minnesota Supreme Court and hopes your research into Tim Tingelstad candidacy draws the same conclusion.
