This unedited edition is the first stage of a free service to candidates running for office in the St. Anthony area and provided by SCTV studios in Roseville. Tim Utz and Sue Jeffers made a 10 minute presentation to be shown in St. Anthony and several other cities in the north metro during the month prior to Election Day. The unedited version exposes the pre and post comments and preparation. Enjoy as Tim struggles to focus on speaking to a camera as Sue sits to his right; sometimes video media is hard.
