Citizen Endorsements

August 20, 2010

In preparation for the November elections, voters do consider endorsements of candidates. Because I support the Constitution, some organizations are not endorsing my campaign. An example is MCCL, who, in their candidate survey expect legislators who want their endorsement to violate the Constitution, Article 4, Section 17, one subject bill rule.

Our campaign has discussed options to voters who are looking for people who support our campaign. Michael Brodkorb, Minnesota Republican Party Deputy Chair, suggested collecting citizen endorsements. His reasoning is that voters are more likely to vote for someone who is supported by a friend.

To this effort we are seeking citizen endorsements, people who support Constitutional government like the campaign we have provided and want new blood guiding our state government in 2010. Would you take a couple minutes; write why you support our campaign, then send an email to tim@timutzforhouse.com. Even for people who live outside our area, consider an endorsement. You never know who may recognize you and vote for me on Election Day.
