Flying Our State Flag
July 4, 2010
God set the standard for establishing subordinate relationships in Genesis 1:1, when He "...created the heavens and earth." Thus, establishing the created is always subject to the creator.
The people in the new America created colonies (Mayflower compact 1620), eventually turning into states by the actions of "The People." The states collectively banded together in 1776, and set up a federal government (Legislative 1789, Executive in 1791 and Judicial in 1789) with constitutional limited powers. The federal powers are valid, subject to constitutional restrictions and always subject to the sovereignty of states and the superiority of "The People."
In America the federal government is subordinate to "We the People," who, through creating our Federal and State Constitutions control ALL powers of every level of government. We proudly raise our Minnesota state flag, laying claim to sovereign states' rights in America.
