Lyle & Elsie Elverud Endorsement, October 29, 2010
We need a fresh voice to represent us at the Legislature.  We do not believe Tim Utz is one who will ignore constituent concerns. He has our strong endorsement.
~Lyle & Elsie Elverud

Ron Shimanski Endorsement, October 27, 2010
Tim Utz has been a good friend since I met him 2 years ago.  This hard working man has the skill, drive, and conviction to represent his district with principles based on adherence to the U.S. and Minnesota Constitutions for the public good and prosperity for all citizens.  Freedom and Liberty are the cornerstones of good government.  Tim Utz will be the kind of state representative to protect our values!
~ Ron Shimanski, Dist. 18A
State Representative

Jim W. Endorsement, October 14, 2010
I saw Tim on the morning of October 13, 2010 when he and a couple of others were out doing a bus canvas. I had to yell "GO TIM!" out of my window in support, because this wasn't the first time I've seen Tim out working, and I know it won't be the last.  Seeing Tim out there working hard brought a smile to my face that morning, as I frequently see Tim and his gang out campaigning.  I live just a few blocks away from Tim, so I see him getting the bus ready to canvas, or driving out and about meeting voters, or even coming home after dark from being out meeting voters.  Even the first time I met Tim, he was working.  Unfortunately, it was the night of the Columbia Heights parade, so he was rained out, but since then I have seen him working tirelessly to get in front of voters in district 50-A.  I have not, however,
witnessed Tim's opponent Carolyn Laine out campaigning; not once.  Over the years, I've gotten the sense that she's pretty comfortable in her position - something no elected official should ever feel.  Tim's dedication to getting out in front of voters tells me he will continue put forth the same hard work and dedication in elected office to control spending and uphold the constitution.  I don't see him ever getting "comfortable".  That being said, I couldn't be more proud to have Tim Utz represent me and district 50-A in the state house, and am confident he will work diligently to return some sanity to state government.  He has my endorsement and most definitely has my vote on November 2nd!
~ Jim W., HD50-A

Teri Barber Endorsement, October 12, 2010
Tim Utz is like an All-Star on a losing team who LEADS them to victory.  He has the ability to chat with citizens in a positive way...letting them know the sad shape our country is in.  We The People are fighting to save the Constitution, which recently has been under attack by liberals and progressives in our Congress. Both Minnesota and U. S. Houses need a good house cleaning to avoid high taxation, destruction of our liberties and loss of many of our freedoms.  Tim will protect our future and the future of generations to come.  He is very professional, intelligent, honest and even lovable!  Tim, having been one of us, said "Enough is Enough!"  Deciding to run for office against a big time spender he has become the hero of all citizens in our district 50A.  A vote for Tim is like Christmas.  He is a "gift" we all need to receive under our tree.  But in actuality, a vote for Tim will be the greatest gift that Minnesotan's will receive on November 2nd. Tim, along with other winning candidates will PROVE it in the coming year.  Saving our Constitution is a priority...and so is your vote...so don't forget Tim in that polling booth.  Tim has run a meager campaign, accepting no money from Lobbyists or Special Interest groups.  Bravo Tim!  We The People are rooting for you...
~Teri Barber, Columbia Heights

Greg Sloat Endorsement, October 9, 2010
For the several years, now, that I have known Tim Utz, I have learned that with Tim, what you see is what you get. He is honest, forthright, and unswerving in his loyalty to restoring government to its proper and Constitutional role as servant of the People. We need many more people like Tim to step forward and serve in public office. I whole-heartedly support Tim Utz for the Minnesota House of Representatives in House District 50-A, and so should you.
Sincerely,
Gregory K. Sloat
Candidate, Anoka County Commissioner, District 4

Laura Palmer Endorsement, October 8, 2010
I have had the great honor of getting to know Tim Utz. He stands on constitutional principle. His stand on keeping the government small enough to fit in the constitution is both refreshing as well as wise. I know that Mr.. Utz will make the right decisions. He will truly be a citizen legislator, as our founders envisioned. I whole-heatedly endorse Tim Utz for House District 50A Representative, and would encourage all to give him a call and help with his campaign, and most importantly to VOTE for him, to be our Representative here in Columbia Heights, Fridley, Hilltop & St. Anthony! I'm Voting for Tim Utz because the only thing absent from St. Paul is principle, politics and party are already there! Feel free to give me a call!
~Laura Palmer, 763-788-0488

Peggy Pice Endorsement - October 7, 2010
I firmly stand behind and beside Tim Utz for his strength and principles.  I also agree that to change the "Good Old Boys" attitude in Washington we need to start right here in Minnesota.  Some groups decline to support Tim because he takes an honest stand on following the Constitution. Unbelievable!  If a politician does not take a strong stand on the Constitution on which this great country was founded the politician should not even bother to run.  How can you live in America and not believe in the Constitution?  This is a huge contradiction.  Tim will fight for our Constitution, our right to choose our own health care, our right to American jobs and our right to keep the money we earn instead of handing out to those who prefer not to work and to those who have entered our country through the back door.  We have laws -- we need to start enforcing them -- And we need to start with our leaders.
~Peggy Price, Eagan, Minnesota

Linda Workman Endorsement - June 27, 2010
It's time to stop the irresponsible and relentless tax & spend behavior of the politicians in power and their deliberate intrusion into the personal liberties and rights of citizens.  We are fortunate that Tim Utz has stepped forward to take on this critical mission and stand up for Minnesotans at a time when we need a return to fundamental American values and principles.  I am pleased to endorse Tim Utz for Minnesota House Representative District 50A.
~Linda Workman, Columbia Heights Property Owner and U of M Graduate

Dianne Cummings Endorsement- May 25, 2010
I am pleased to endorse Tim Utz for Minnesota House 50-A in 2010. We need to send a message to the incumbents. We are not going to stand for business as usual. We need a candidate that will work to control spending and for smaller government – bigger is not better when talking about the government. Tim Utz is our guy.
~ Dianne Cummings, Columbia Heights, MN

Jeff Wiita Endorsement - May 9, 2010
Tim Utz brings a common sense, working man's point of view to politics. He would be a great contribution to the State Legislature. I enthusiastically support and endorse Tim Utz for House of Representative 50A.
~ Jeff Wiita, CPA (Former Candidate for MN State Auditor)

Todd and Steffanie Roepke Endorsement - May 6, 2010
We have owned a small business in St. Anthony Village for 11 years.  During that time we have seen our federal, state, and local governments decline in a glut of spending. These power hungry politicians continue to pass more and more laws that take away our liberties and tax our pocketbooks.  Tim is about as far away from being a political elitist as you can get.  He will help get our great state on track to being fiscally responsible and loyal to our constitution.
~ Todd and Steffanie Roepke, Artists' Choice, St. Anthony

Pat Anderson GOP Endorsed Candidate for Auditor - May 4, 2010
I have known Tim for almost 2 years and have watched him work hard within the Republican Party to effect needed change. I appreciate Tim’s work ethic to build a strong campaign in 50-A in the last couple years. Tim’s a very likable person even when we might disagree. The voters of 50-A are fortunate to have someone that they can vote into office in 2010, willing to stick to principle and the Rule of Law.

Nely & Saul Gutierrez Endorsement- April 22, 2010

We might not always agree, but we still are friends no matter if we agree or not!! We appreciate his support of all small business specially ours! We are very excited to vote for him in November.
~Nely & Saul Gutierrez, Puerto Del Sol

Luke Synowczynski Endorsement - April 20, 2010
Luke Synowczynski is one of the folks we visited with. Luke is a life long Columbia Heights resident, skeptical of all of politicians. Tonight, Luke met Tim and discovered real people still care about America and run for office. Luke gave his permission to let everyone know he supports Tim for Minnesota House in 50-A for 2010.
~ Luke Synowczynski, Columbia Heights, Minnesota

David Hui Endorsement - April 19, 2010
Over 4 years ago Tim moved into a business across the street from my service garage. Tim has shown great character over the years as a business neighbor. When Tim says he will do something he follows-up on the commitment. He is honest, trustworthy, and goes out of his way to make our relationship work. I support Tim for Minnesota House in 2010; we need more Tim’s in government.

Tom Emmer Endorsement - April 15, 2010
Citizens of House District 50-A,
I am pleased to join 50-A Republican delegates in endorsing Tim Utz for Minnesota House 50-A in 2010. Tim has worked tirelessly over the past two years standing on the campaign message of protecting the U.S. Constitution in Saint Paul. Tim is the kind of leader we need in Saint Paul. If I'm elected Governor, I could count on Tim's principles to provide real direction for Minnesota in the House chamber.
~Rep. Tom Emmer, Republican Candidate for Governor

John Anderson Endorsement - April 4, 2010
As a political neophyte in 2008, I was hesitant and unsure of how active I would be in local politics. Two years and hundreds of volunteer hours later, I am confident that Tim Utz will bring the type of principled leadership that Minnesota is starving for. I have seen him act, not in the interests of any personal goals, but only in defense of our personal and financial liberty using our State and Federal Constitution as his roadmap.

If you want to help bring Minnesota back as one of the shining stars in our Union, be sure to support and vote for Tim Utz for Minnesota State House on November 2, 2010.
~ John Ragan Anderson, Chairman of the House District 50A Republicans

Dorothy Fleming Endorsement - April 2, 2010
Voters in 50A have an opportunity November 2, 2010 to make a difference by electing TIM UTZ as their State Representative. Tim Utz recognizes that our present representative has a careless disregard for our Constitution which has resulted in a spending binge no family can afford and worse trampled on our liberties with regulations that stifle business and our personal lives.

Tim Utz wants to see the people of Minnesota have the quality of life that includes respect for our freedoms and our pocketbooks. As a former St. Anthony City Council member, I know first hand the temptation to spend other people's money and the temptation to make unnecessary regulations.  Believe me, it happens all the time. That's why it is serious business to elect a representative who will make decisions based on principle, who will work for limited government and fiscal responsibility. Elect TIM UTZ State Representative and know that he will represent you.
~Dorothy Fleming, Former St. Anthony City Council Member

Michael Brodkorb Endorsement - March 31, 2010
"Tim Utz is a true champion of lower taxes, personal freedom and economic opportunity.  Tim understands that bigger government and bigger deficits won't grow jobs for Minnesotans.  We need  more passionate and principled leaders like Tim Utz in St. Paul."
~ Michael Brodkorb, Minnesota GOP Deputy Chair

Tim Utz for Minnesota House 50-A, received the 2010 endorsement from Ban the Ban Minnesota on Wednesday February 24, 2010. Tim appreciates the endorsement and continues to press for constitutional protections of personal choice. Additionally, government has no constitutional authority of giving legitimacy to commerce through taxation then banning the commerce activity.

2008 Ban the Ban Minnesota Endorsement
CCCR is pleased to accept an endorsement from the group Ban the Ban Minnesota. Tim, along with other constitutionally like-minded candidates, is making a priority of repealing the smoking ban illegally signed into law last legislative session. Our state has grave issues to resolve, trying to legislate choice of smoking habits is not one of the issues. View Tim's endorsement.

Minnesota for Liberty is a loose coalition of conservative, freedom and liberty-centered groups. The purpose of the website is to act as a clearinghouse for candidates, events and information so that we might coordinate, compliment and succeed rather than compete and duplicate. 2008 St. Paul Owner and President of Crystal D, Chuck Dahlgren, Endorses Tim Utz
Tim's view points regarding overreaching government and loosing personal liberties is timely and much needed in today's political environment. Where so many politicians are trying to become elected trying to get votes by creating government hand out programs, Tim is a breath of fresh air. Tim's approach is common sense and absolutely looks out for the hard working people of this state who are over burden with excessive government programs and regulations.

In addition, Tim's approach to this election is to minimize the focus on political party lines, but to focus on getting policies in place quickly and efficiently for the sake of people. Tim understands government is a tool to serve its people in the areas that government needed and to help citizens that truly need support via governmental agencies.

Tim will be a great addition to the Minnesota legislature, He will bring common sense back to policy issues, and he will focus on the people not the politics of the day. I strongly endorse Tim and encourage everyone to take a step back party politics and look at Tim the man and his policy positions before deciding on whom to vote for in the upcoming election.
