You may ask, "Who is Tim Utz?" Well, he's that kind, caring, giving, compassionate man who puts his life out there for ALL of us, so that we may put our State in Checkmate. He, as a family man, is so much like you or I. Are you tired of being taxed out of your paycheck? Check! Are you tired of the State spending money on frivolous things? Check! Are you tired of your freedoms and liberties being slowly taken away? Check! Are you tired of the Constitution being shredded by our politicians? Check! Are you tired of anti-gun laws and the government trying to take them away? Check! Here's the real deal, Mr. Utz will fight to enforce the TRUE law and protect the States citizens by strictly using the Constitution. He will fight for you and I. He has devoted all of his time to walking door to door to meet you and your spouses, help you to register to vote, or answer any and all questions you have. I would rather have my political representative tell me “no” because it’s illegal, rather than say “yes” simply because it’ll get him votes in the next election. Tim Utz is a man of conviction, to both his country and his God and will never divert his adoration from the two. Tim is the most qualified for the seat on the House of Representatives and I know he will not fail the people of Minnesota.

If we are going to get our country back on track, we need people who don't take their marching orders from the "Big Bosses" of the Republican & Democratic parties, but from the Constitution. Tim is my stepfather, and I have known him for 15 years. Although we have butted heads many times with how things should be done or how to get from one point to another, I have grown to respect his advice. His advice is sound, stable, and principle based. The GOP lied, cheated, and stole so that we could not have a real choice for president in this election. They're also trying to do it locally, in HD41-B. I have worked along side Tim for over 4 years. He is honest, trustworthy and tireless in his effort to represent you and to benefit all of MN. He is inspired and inspiring. One idea to educate and to inform via YouTube started in 2009 with a hand held camcorder. Watch video here. His fledgling idea evolved into a half hour studio produced cable show with conservative activist and radio personality Sue Jeffers co-hosting with Tim. Watch video on Youtube. Sue and Tim produced and distributed no less than thirty shows under his title of "We the People" reaching over 100 cities.

“We the People” inspired another series with Jeffers hosting called "Constitutional Candidates" having no less than sixty other candidates ranging from City Council, State House, State Senate, Judicial, U.S. Congressional to political groups such as EdWatch and MN Majority broadcast to nearly 100 cities throughout MN. Tim Utz had a positive state wide impact and demonstrated without question his leadership abilities over the last four plus years.
