November 5th: Thank You Tim and Nadine want to thank all our supporters in this election. We had a special group of constitutional Americans who made up our campaign staff. We are proud of the efforts, dedication, and countless time expended by this group. Thanks to all our voters, Democrats, Independents, Republicans, and the undecided that recognized our foundational Constitution is the limiting document of government. Perhaps in the next two years, the balance of our neighbors in 50-A, will come to recognize the high cost in lost freedom and treasure. Perhaps in 2010, we can restore our historical Constitutional Republic.

November 4th: Event Campaign Committee for Constitutional Republicans is proud to announce our election night party location. A local bar and eatery located at 40th and 7th street in Columbia Heights named Dicks Place. Come and enjoy the festivities around 7:00 PM as we wait for the election results. October 28th: Candidate Forum Tim is attending a candidate forum at Century College West Campus Cafeteria, 3300 Century Avenue, White Bear Lake on Tuesday, October 28 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Tim attended the Meet and Greet with a volunteer on Tuesday. We had a wonderful time meeting young students from all political spectrums. Although no students are in our district discussing the constitutional rule of law created much discussion among the students we talked with. October 6th: Tim Utz Endorses Barb Davis White Tim Utz is pleased to announce his endorsement of Barb Davis White for Congressional District 5. Barb is a great person, passionate, a lover of our country and the constitution. Barb and Tim do not agree on every issue, but they stand together on the critical issues of personal responsibility, constitutional rule of law, individual liberty and a government subject to “We the People”. October 6th: NRA Endorsement The Campaign Committee for Constitutional Republicans is very pleased to receive an endorsement for Tim Utz from the National Rifle Association-PVF. We officially received the endorsement via letter on October 6th 2008. The NRA-PVF support and endorsement reflect Tim’s commitment to upholding constitutional principles and the Rule of Law. Our campaign graciously accepts this honorable endorsement. Tim Receives Ron Paul's Endorsement On August 5th Tim Utz received Ron Paul's Endorsement from Dr. Paul's Liberty Political Action Committee. A message from Tim: With the passage of the Wall Street bailout and $150,000,000,000.00 in pork added to entice reluctant politicians’ toward changing their “no” vote, our country is in great peril. The federal actions are guaranteed to produce great hardship on Minnesota economic health. Over time the mountains of federal debt, must be paid through devalued currency, inflation and ever-increasing federal taxes, at the expense of folks on main street Minnesota.

We, as a committee want to provide the best information possible for your Election Day experience. Please take the time to review the candidates for office listed below. Then on Election Day know why you are voting for the candidates you choose. Remember no candidate reflects 100% of your expectation for office. Many local elections are also accruing depending on your actual address. Our campaign encourages you take time on line and understand all the local candidates effecting you.
