The insanity of this legislative year is the Minnesota Vikings are lobbing for a new $1,000,000,000.00 *stadium in a year the state has a biennium shortfall over $7 billion. Even more comical is the Vikings have legislative representatives discussing a stadium package this year. Could the world say, “Minnesota has lost her mind”?
